Shipping Details
We have been shipping coral for over 13 years. All corals are shipped FedEx Overnight. The Corals are packaged properly in plastic bags and shipped in Styrofoam containers. During the cold season, 48-hour heat packs are included. During the hot season, we include ice-packs. Shipping is a low, flat fee of $45.00 for FedEx Overnight. The box and packaging fee is now FREE.

In Addition: FREE SHIPPING and PACKAGING is now offered on orders over $295.00.

Shipping Times
Orders are shipped Monday through Thursday for delivery Tuesday through Friday. We can also ship on Fridays for Saturday delivery with an additional fee of $15.00. If you have a particular delivery date request, please include it in the Notes section of your order or email sales@livecoral.com. Otherwise, you will receive an email shortly after you place your order to schedule a delivery date.

FedEx Hold For Pickup Instructions
For those of you that prefer FedEx Hold For Pickup, it is available. When checking out please ensure you put the following information in the comments section. Please follow this format:

FedEx Station Hold At Address:
EXACT FEDEX STATION STREET ADDRESS
EXACT FEDEX STATION CITY, STATE, ZIP
YOUR PHONE NUMBER

This will ensure that your corals are sent for FedEx hold and sent to the correct FedEx station. It is your responsibility to track and pickup the shipment within a timely manner.

Alive Arrival Guarantee

All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. Please notify us at sales@livecoral.com within 6 hours of arrival to be eligible for credit of your livestock. A DIGITAL PHOTO IS REQUIRED WITHIN 6 HOURS of acceptance of shipment and we may ask you to ship the DOA specimen return via priority mail and will credit your account with us. We do not refund shipping charges. Please contact us immediately if you have questions or concerns about your order. We always do our best to get back with you as early as possible. We are not responsible for packages that shipping providers deliver late due to weather delays or lost packages. If you suspect that there may be a weather delay between your location and our location in Utah, please ask to delay your shipment until the weather delay clears.
